Fees for homes up to 2000 sq ft:

There are incremental fees for homes much larger than 2000 sq. ft., or homes older than 70 years, or when we have to travel a substantial distance to an inspection. There are exceptions.
Fee for size is $0.05 per square foot over the default 2000 sq ft.
Fee for age is $15 per decade for age over 70 years.
A $50 fee applies if most of the house is on a crawl-space.
Package discounts apply for added services such as radon testing, termite inspections, well certifications, and water quality testing.
There are fees for standalone radon inspections and termite inspections when those services are requested without an accompanying home inspection.
